Custom website development is currently one of ExpressITsoft Inc. primary fields of activities, making the company capable to conduct entire website building cycle, starting from initial design and functionality concepts and finishing with long-term technical support offers. It is enough for customer just to give us initial idea what the website is going to be about - everything else will be handled by our highly qualified design team.

ExpressITsoft Inc. is a provider of outsourced website development, which means that the final product is delivered to the customer along with all source files, necessary to make further modification. But what is more important, the customer himself gains complete ownership of the product, with no further obligations to ExpressITsoft Inc. or any other parties.

Our customers may also consider the fact that, as an offshore software and website development company, ExpressITsoft Inc. is much more cost-effective then a company based in North America or Western Europe.

Most of the projects, carried out by our website development and promotion team, are custom websites, built from scratch with least possible use of third-party materials. Basically, custom website development process, as it is handled by us, can be split into seven stages:

1. Initial outlines are received from the customer. After keen analysis, customer is provided with a quote of estimated development time and costs. Quotes are subjected to discussion between the customer and sales personnel. This stage duration varies from two hours (for small sites) to two days (large sites, e-commerce solutions, etc).
2. Customer service agreement (CSA) is signed. Stage duration is defined by agreement shipment method (snail mail, fax or courier delivery), however next stage starts simultaneously with this one in order for the project to be developed on time.
3. Down-payment is made. 20% of the agreed amount is transferred via bank wire to an account specified by ExpressITsoft Inc. in CSA.
4. Project details are planned. This involves creating design concept (typically, mock-ups of the website main page) and, if required, developing a design document (a.k.a specification document) which schematically describes future site layout and functionality details. Of course, these items can be also provided by the customer himself, which speeds the process up greatly. Anyway, both of these documents (design) are to be approved by the customer before actual development starts. This stage duration also varies depending on the scope of future solution, starting from two-three days for simple projects and up to one or two weeks for complicated ones.
   NOTE: After these documents are approved by the customer, they become primary developer's documentation, so any further changes to design or functionality will be charged extra.
   
5. Alpha version development starts. Web-design and web-programming teams start to work simultaneously, developing Alpha version of the product. At this stage our team will be also working on site textual content and user guide writing tasks, if these services were ordered. When finished, Alpha version is deployed on demo hosting space, owned by ExpressITsoft Ltd, tested by our quality assurance team, and then presented to the customer for review. This stage usually takes up to 70% of entire development period.
6. If customer has any issues about Alpha version, these issues are settled by project manager, conducting development. After issues are settled, modified Alpha version is presented one more time. If no further issues come up, development moves to final steps. This stage duration depends upon the number of issues, found by the customer; in most cases it varies from two days to one week (however, when it comes to large portal or e-commerce website development, this stage can take much longer).
7. Product delivery and final payment is performed. This stage is discussed between authorized ExpressITsoft Inc. officer and the customer for every single project. It is possible to pay half of the amount left before delivery and then the rest. Payment method is the same as at stage 3, product delivery method is chosen by the customer and agreed with ExpressITsoft Inc. This stage typically takes a week to complete.

Of course, you order may include some long-term technical support obligations or website promotion assistance. These issues are matters of individual settlement with each customer.
